Free Standard Shipping (2-3 Days) is available within the US/UK for all orders of $40/£30 or more.
At present we are only able to ship to the countries shown on product pages in the 'Ships To:' field. We are working hard to add more countries to this list.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty or not as expected in any way, we offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. Simply contact us at hello@supastem.club with your order number in order to begin the refund process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
UNWANTED ITEMS
You have 30 calendar days to return an unwanted item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:

* Downloadable digital products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Shipping
To return your product, you will be provided with a returns form via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item.
